Key Responsibilities
1
Work closely with the Director Finance to manage the company’s financial and tax matters in compliance with local and international standards.
2
Lead the financial planning and budgeting process for the construction project.
3
Manage corporate tasks related to the STZA license, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
4
Provide financial analysis and strategic insights to assist senior management in key decision-making.
5
Handle client-related financial engagements, including structuring for entities such as Syed Bilal & Co.
6
Maintain the integrity and accuracy of all financial records and reports.
7
Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
Requirements
1
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or an equivalent professional qualification.
2
Completed articles from a reputable CA firm.
3
2–3 years of post-articles experience in financial or corporate management roles.
4
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and corporate regulatory frameworks.
5
Experience in the construction or real estate industry will be considered a plus.
6
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership capabilities.
