We are looking for a seasoned and qualified General Manager – Civil Works (Head of Department) to lead and manage the full lifecycle of construction and infrastructure projects. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing project planning, budgeting, scheduling, quality assurance, and ensuring effective communication between contractors, suppliers, designers, and clients.
This leadership role demands in-depth expertise in civil construction practices, relevant codes, safety regulations, and team coordination. A strong understanding of structural, architectural, infrastructure, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) drawings is essential. The ideal applicant will be capable of handling complex building and infrastructure assignments while delivering projects efficiently and up to the highest standards.
