We are on the lookout for a seasoned and self-assured Floor Supervisor to lead a night shift team of up to 24 call center agents. The right candidate will possess excellent leadership qualities and a proven ability to train and onboard new hires effectively. Prior hands-on experience with authentic orthopedic campaigns is a must.

Experience
Minimum 2–3 years as a Team Lead or Floor Supervisor in a U.S. call center
Campaign Experience
Strong background in legitimate orthopedic campaigns (100% compliant)
Training Ability
Capable of training and developing new agents from scratch
Leadership Skills
Excellent leadership, communication, and team management abilities
Performance Under Pressure
Able to meet targets and drive results in high-pressure situations
Shift Availability
Must be consistently available for night shift (2:00 AM – 7:00 AM)

Team Management
Supervise up to 24 agents during the night shift
Campaign Compliance
Ensure agents dial only on legitimate orthopedic pitches – no tolerance for non-compliance
Agent Coaching
Provide real-time feedback and daily coaching to improve agent performance
Training New Agents
Train and mentor freshers for quick and effective onboarding
Live Call Monitoring
Monitor live calls and assist agents with challenging prospects
Performance Tracking
Track daily KPIs and ensure team meets performance targets
Work Environment
Maintain discipline, call quality, and a productive floor atmosphere
